We are pleased to announce that from today onwards, we are offering a free keyboard, video and mouse over IP (KVMoIP) service to all dedicated server and colocation clients. This means our clients can access a four hour session on one of our KVMoIP units once per month per server, at no cost. To find out more about this free service, please contact us.
We are pleased to announce that we have a new telephone number, which is 0808 238 0033. This is a freephone number, and replaces our old national rate number of 08700 49 49 49. The old number will continue to work in parallel with the new freephone number for the next three months.
We announced some time ago that we would shortly be offering 24/7 email and ticket support, in addition to the 24/7 telephone support we have always offered. We have been taking on and training new staff for this, and have had our own staff on site at our private data centre for some time now. We are pleased to be one of a small number of elite UK hosting providers having their own staff on site, 24/7.
